I have a way to make things a lot easier for you. I will take your goals and create an attainable meal plan for you. This meal plan do not have to be vegan, it can include meat, dairy. Everything will depend on your goals and how fast you would like to take them. Success is a marathon and not a race, you will not reach the finish line overnight. This meal plan will be custom and built accordingly to your potential growth.
